January 2007 domestic new car, bus and truck sales in Japan: down again

Last month we reported that new automobile sales in Japan had dropped for the 18th straight month to a 29 year low. Make that 19 months in a row; today the Japan Automobile Dealers Association released it's January sales statistics, and sales of new cars, trucks and buses (excluding mini vehicles) has dropped yet again.
